How the Referral Bonus WorksÂ
All active Ingalls shipbuilders are eligible to participate, with the exception of Human Resources & Administration team members and hiring managers for the open position, and employees at the Director level and above.Â
You may refer any candidate who meets the following criteria:Â
- Eligible for hire or rehireÂ
- Not currently employed at Ingalls in any roleÂ
- Not an Ingalls contractorÂ
- Successfully tests at First ClassÂ
- Passes all pre‑hire screenings (hair follicle, background check, physical agility, etc.)Â
- Completes their 60‑day probationary periodÂ
Referrals must be submitted through the provided link. If multiple shipbuilders refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first employee who submits the referral.Â
