Kimberly was recognized for her years of service as a SHRM Gulf Coast member and her second term as the Gulf Coast Human Resource Association (GCHRA) Chapter President. Â
“Being a part of this organization has given me many resources as a Human Resource professional,” said Kimberly. “It has also given me leadership and community service opportunities.” Â
Instrumental in the shipyard as a Culture Connector and an Ingalls Champion volunteer, Kimberly works as a Career Counselor to help shipbuilders navigate their professional paths.Â
