Pipe foreman Latoya Johnson credits the program for helping her confidently take the next step in her career, progressing from pipefitter to Pipe foreman in June of this year.
“My career counselor provided me with the information I needed to decide if I wanted to become a foreman,” she said. “It’s also enlightened me about several opportunities at Ingalls. The overall experience was very beneficial.”
