We know many of you are waiting on your W-2 forms, and we understand how important this is during tax season.

All 2025 W-2 forms were mailed to employees prior to January 31 to the home address we had on file as of January 9. This meets the IRS deadline for employers.

Mail delivery times can vary.

For shipbuilders with a 5-2 login, your W-2 is available online. You can access it through your Okta dashboard under “Pay Slip & W-2” or via HROnline.

If you do not receive your W-2 by Monday February 16th, please fill out a request to receive a printed copy by clicking here. All copies will be available for pick up from the Payroll office located in Admin 3 within 24 hours of the request.Â
