HII permits the employment of family members or those with close personal relationships, even within the same business entity.
However, employment within the chain of command for those in the same family or involved in a romantic relationship is normally prohibited.
Other close personal relationships, even with those in any position to influence employment status or career opportunities, may also create a personal conflict of interest.
