Congratulations to the Ingalls shipbuilders honored during the 2025 Woman of Achievement Awards, which celebrates the extraordinary contributions of women along the Gulf Coast.Â
Tenesha Batiste, manager, Talent Acquisition was recognized as 2025 Volunteer of the Year for her community involvement, which includes serving as a board member for Lighthouse Business & Professional Women (LBPW), the nonprofit who hosts this annual event.Â
In addition to Tenesha, other shipbuilders from across Ingalls were also honored with nominations.Â
