HII Mission Technologies demonstrates its impact as more than just a shipbuilder.
Mission Technologies’ Communications team won the Ragan PR Daily Award for Best Marketing Campaign for their “Mission Ready Means – Delivering the Advantage” multi-year campaign. The ceremony took place on Dec. 11 at the City Winery in New York City.
Our multi-year campaign showcased HII’s capabilities beyond shipbuilding—C5ISR, cyber warfare, unmanned systems, fleet sustainment and more.
“I couldn’t be prouder of this incredible team,” said Jaime Orlando, Mission Technologies’ senior vice president of communications. “This award celebrates their hard work, creativity and passion for the mission. We’re making waves in critical defense domains.”
The strategic campaign contributed to Mission Technologies’ 13.1% revenue growth in 2023 and a 20.2% increase in Q1 2024. Key successes included a $1.4 billion network engineering task order and a $347 million contract for unmanned undersea vehicles.
This marks the team’s third award this year, demonstrating Mission Technologies’ commitment to innovative communication and strategic brand positioning.
