| As reported in HII Highlights and on MyHII.com, HII will transition from Get There to Concur Travel on May 21. This is a backend system change that should not impact Mission Technologies travelers, aside from a blackout period planned from May 13-20.
During the blackout, travel arrangements and changes can be made by calling ADTRAV’s full-service desk at 1-855-401-4558. ADTRAV is prepared to handle the increased demand during this period. Please note: There are no changes to HII’s policies as a result of this transition, and ADTRAV will remain HII’s contracted travel agency; only the backend system for the online booking tool is changing. HII-specific training and open webinar sessions are planned. In the meantime, videos are available on Concur Travel’s User Resources page. (Please ignore any references to Concur’s expense tool; Mission Technologies will continue to use Deltek Time & Expense for expense authorizations and reports.)
