Cyber, EW and Space business group hosts annual event

Mission Technologies’ Cyber, EW and Space business group hosted its annual tech expo and Octoberfest celebration on Oct. 5 in Dayton, Ohio.

CEWS employees hosted interactive demonstrations for a variety of technologies, including electronic warfare engineering, autonomy and navigation, AI and machine learning, and trusted microelectronics.

After the demos, the Octoberfest event featured a buffet of German foods and Bavarian music.

HII President and CEO Chris Kastner and Mission Technologies President Andy Green were among the senior leaders who attended.

Kastner thanked the Dayton team for hosting the event and emphasized his appreciation for the critical work HII performs in support of the nation. “I love it here,” he said. “The things we do are amazing. They are amazing for the customer, and the nation needs it.”
