Fellow Shipbuilders,
As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, there is no better time to reflect on what is important in our lives. I am grateful to be a Newport News shipbuilder and on a team that understands the dedication and sacrifice required to call ourselves “Always On.” We hold an incredible responsibility in our hands, and I am thankful for the trust our nation places in every single one of us.
During the Thanksgiving holiday, please invest time with family and friends to give thanks and refocus as we come back for the hard charge to make our remaining commitments this year. Our Navy and our nation need us to fight with them, and I am grateful to be on a team that can do this.
