On‑site biometric health screening events kick off on Sept. 15, giving employees a convenient way to complete one of the key requirements for the annual Know Your Numbers program.
Know Your Numbers is designed to help you understand important health indicators — including blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar — so you can take charge of your wellbeing and potentially catch health concerns early. Even small insights can make a big difference in preventing disease before it starts.
Why Participate?
Beyond the personal health benefits, completing the program could help you save $600 annually on your HII Anthem medical insurance premium. Employees who participate but do not qualify for the premium discount will be entered into a quarterly wellness prize drawing.
Program Dates and Requirements
The program runs each year from July 1 through March 31. To earn the $600 premium savings beginning July 1, eligible employees must complete both program requirements by March 31:

Complete the online survey through QuadMed MyChart. - Biometric Health Screening
Get screened at an HII Family Health Center, your personal healthcare provider, a Quest Patient Service Center*, or at designated onsite events — including those starting this month.
