The 2023-2024 cycle of the Know Your Numbers program has begun, and that means that now is the perfect opportunity to get a better understanding of your health — and maybe even stop disease before it starts. HERE’S HOW KNOW YOUR NUMBERS WORKS:
All HII employees are encouraged to participate in the program. If you are a salaried/non-represented HII corporate, Ingalls Shipbuilding, Mission Technologies or Newport News Shipbuilding employee enrolled in an HII Anthem medical plan, you need to complete the two program requirements — a biometric health screening and a health check survey — by March 31, 2024 to secure savings of $600 on your medical premiums for the 2024 plan year.

ELIGIBILITY: *All personal medical information associated with Know Your Numbers is securely maintained by QuadMed and never shared. QuadMed is a third-party vendor that operates in accordance with federal law restricting the release of medical information. *The Know Your Numbers program impacts medical premiums of non-represented/ salaried Ingalls Shipbuilding, Newport News Shipbuilding, Mission Technologies and HII corporate employees enrolled in an HII Anthem medical plan. These employees can qualify for a $600 discount on their Anthem medical insurance starting July 1, 2024 when they complete the program requirements by March 31, 2024. Represented employees and non-represented employees not enrolled in an HII medical plan can complete the program to be entered into giveaways.
