A conflict of interest exists when an employee’s interests, duties, obligations or activities are influenced by outside factors that cause them to put personal interests before those of the company.

All employees are expected to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of their jobs in a manner that does not result in, or create the perception that, their conduct on the job is being influenced by any factor that causes them to put personal interests before those of HII.
