During the month of August, HII celebrates Ethics and Compliance Awareness Month. The purpose of Ethics and Compliance Awareness Month is to focus intentionally on HII’s values, communicate ethical standards and keep the ethics priority “fresh” in employees’ minds.

The theme for Ethics and Compliance Awareness Month this year is “Values in Action: Winning the Right Way.” Our values are the foundation of our ethical culture. They guide our decisions and actions to ensure we consistently exhibit the highest levels of professional and ethical conduct each day, enabling us to always deliver the highest quality work to our internal and external customers.
