As shared in Chris Kastner’s email last week, we are launching the Tell It! employee engagement survey next week. Tell It! is our new platform for gathering and understanding employee feedback, an enhanced way to listen to employees across the company.
As always, your feedback is critical. Understanding your experiences can help strengthen our workplace, improve our processes, and make meaningful changes. Tell It! gives you another way to share what’s working well and what needs attention and will help shape our company culture.
All responses are confidential, and results are reported in a way that protects individual privacy. We want everyone to feel comfortable speaking up and know their voice will be heard.
