Dear HII Teammates,

Today is Veterans Day, a time for us to go out of our way to make sure our veterans feel recognized and valued for their service to the nation. At HII, we work alongside them in our shipyards and on military bases and installations around the world. Their dedication, courage, and sacrifices have ensured the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Later this week, you will be hearing about our continuing partnership between HII and American Corporate Partners (ACP), a national, non-profit organization dedicated to helping military veterans transition to the private sector through one-on one mentoring with business leaders. Please look for more information in Thursday’s edition of Highlights that will include a letter from Edmond Hughes, executive vice president and chief human resources officer. Your support helps ensure veterans receive the care and appreciation they deserve.
