The HII Family Health Center will begin offering health screenings for the Know Your Numbers program beginning Aug. 20.

QuadMed’s BeWell for Life team will be onsite at locations throughout each shipyard every month beginning in September
and at select Mission Technologies and HII Corporate Office locations to offer health screenings for the Know Your Numbers program.

To schedule a screening at an onsite event or at the HII Family Health Center, visit myquadmed.com/hii and log in to
MyChart (top of the page). Once logged in, click on Menu, then under Wellness, select Health Screenings to schedule your
screening.
