This week we are launching a new resource for all HII employees. No matter where you work and live, you can now access employee-relevant HII information – from across the company – from anywhere at any time. MyHII is designed with employees’ needs in mind, and offers a way to see and feel what unites all of us around our common values and common mission.

On MyHII you can read the latest leadership announcements, employee spotlights, benefits information, company events, IT developments, HR deadlines, and more. You can see information with the broadest relevance to employees on the All HII page, and in one click you can navigate to information that relates specifically to Ingalls Shipbuilding, Mission Technologies, and Newport News Shipbuilding. The mobile experience of MyHII is especially cool; simply type in my.hii.com on your browser of choice on mobile.

Please note that information that is proprietary and/or company-sensitive will and must remain secure inside the company firewall, and is accessible only to users who are logged into the network.
