HII will transition from Get There to Concur Travel in late May for travel arrangements made online through REZDESK. This change promises to streamline the travel process, making it not only easier and more efficient but also more accurate. Concur will more clearly identify policy compliant travel options and align employee travel planning more seamlessly with company guidelines.

While more detailed information is forthcoming, HII divisions will provide tailored guidance on training to ensure a smooth transition for all travel planners. It’s crucial for employees with upcoming travel to take proactive steps now to complete the booking of travel arrangements, given a blackout period for online bookings is scheduled during the transition. Although dates are yet to be confirmed, the blackout period is estimated to last approximately one week and will immediately precede the go-live date. Rest assured, in the event that travel arrangements are unavoidable during this period, AdTrav’s full-service desk dedicated to HII remains available to facilitate employee travel needs.
