Looking to talk to a mental health professional?

  • HERO: HII Employees Reach Out

HERO offers access to free virtual counseling, as well as in-person counseling at the HII Family Health Centers, to support a variety of emotional support needs such as grief, marital counseling, anxiety, depression and more. Plus, you can call HERO’s 24/7 phone line to talk to a trained representative who can connect you to referral resources to find support such as childcare or eldercare.

  • Teladoc Behavioral Health

Find the right mental health support for you through Teladoc Behavioral Health. Through Teladoc you can connect virtually with mental health professionals seven days a week—all from the comfort and privacy of home. Get started by filling out a quick survey to see what kind of mental health professional is right for you, such as a counselor, therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist. Then, schedule a no-cost appointment via phone conference or video chat. Teladoc clinicians can evaluate and treat general mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. Clinicians can also prescribe medications if needed (per state telehealth rules and regulations).

NEW! Starting Feb. 1 you can establish a therapist or find mental health support for your teenager with a Teladoc Behavior Health professional who specializes in adolescence mental health.
