If you’re new to HII, you’re about to participate in an important part of HII culture tied to one of our core values, which is Engagement. The annual HII Engagement Survey runs from Sept. 20 to Oct. 6.

You’ll be asked in the survey how connected you feel to HII’s mission and the team around you, whether you have the information and tools to do your job well, about the environment in which you work — and more. And then you will co-create an action plan with your team to address any areas of opportunity, and to build the culture you want to see around you.

I am counting on your participation. Your voice matters to HII’s efforts to continuously improve. You have both an opportunity and responsibility to shape that experience.
