The survey results show employees across the company feel best about the following three statements, which is good news:

1. I know what is expected of me at work.
2. My supervisor, or someone at work, seems to care about me as a person.
3. The mission or purpose of my company makes me feel my job is important.

Also across the company, results show we have the most work to do in how employees feel about the following statements:

1. I have a best friend at work.
2. At work, my opinions seem to count.
3. In the last seven days, I have received recognition or praise for doing good work.

In the coming weeks you’ll learn results for your specific team. Then, working with your teammates, you’ll create action plans to build the workplace culture you want and need.
